MARKETING INTERN

Help build a growing brand in real estate education. As a paid marketing intern at the Student Housing Institute, you'll create content, grow our audience, and shape how we reach customers.

This is ideal for students in marketing, communications, or media who want to build a portfolio of real-world results.

Social media, Squarespace, online campaigns, and SEO experience a must.

We're looking for creative self-starters who can write clearly, move fast, and bring ideas rather than wait for instructions. You'll work directly with senior, own projects end to end, and leave with published work, measurable results, and a mentor invested in your growth.

Remote-friendly. Possibility of developing into a full-time position.

OPERATIONS INTERN

Keep a young business running behind the scenes as a paid administrative intern at the Student Housing Institute. You'll help manage the day-to-day that makes everything else possible — organizing files and client information, scheduling and coordinating our programs, handling email and communications, maintaining databases and enrollment lists, and keeping projects on track. You'll work directly with the president.

This is ideal for students in business, operations, or a related field who are organized, dependable, and want real responsibility rather than busywork.

We're looking for detail-oriented, self-directed people who follow through, communicate clearly, and take pride in making things run smoothly. Strong experience with Google Workspace, MS Office and scheduling is important, as is a willingness to learn new systems.

Remote-friendly. Possibility of developing into a full-time position.
